How the work runs
Design starts with the main task a person opens the app for, such as adding a task in a planner, and works outward from there. We map the flows, test rough wireframes and only then move to visual design, so effort goes into screens that have already proven useful.
Because our designers work next to the developers who build the screens, the result is a design system with real components, spacing and states for loading, empty lists and errors. Nothing is left for a developer to guess.
