Mobile game development

We make casual games that you can pick up for a minute and still want to replay. Controls come first, then progression, then polish.

How the work runs

A casual game is judged in its first few seconds of input. We prototype the core gesture before anything else, test it with people who have not seen the game and only then build levels around it. Our arcade game Ice Carve came out of exactly this process: one swipe mechanic, tuned until it felt right.

Progression, difficulty and records are driven by data, so balancing does not wait for new builds. Games are profiled on entry-level phones and can run fully offline, which keeps them playable anywhere and simplifies privacy obligations.
