How we work

A project moves through 7 stages. You see a working build early and often, and every decision is written down.

  1. Discovery call

A conversation about the product, its users and constraints. You leave with our questions answered or clearly listed.

  2. Scope and estimate

A written scope with milestones. Timelines and pricing are quoted per project after the discovery call.

  3. Design

User flows, wireframes and interface design, tested as a clickable prototype before development.

  4. Build in iterations

Short iterations, each ending with a build you can install and try on your own device.

  5. Testing

Automated tests on every change, manual testing across devices and upgrade tests with real data.

  6. Release

Store listing, privacy declarations and a staged rollout watched through crash reports.

  7. Support

Updates for new OS versions and store rules, agreed separately after release.

Questions about working with us

How are timelines and pricing set?

Timelines and pricing are quoted per project after a discovery call, once the scope is clear enough to estimate honestly.

Can we follow progress during development?

Yes. Each iteration ends with a build you can install and a short written summary of what changed.

What happens after release?

Updates for new operating system versions, store rule changes and new features are agreed separately after release.

Can you join a project that is already running?

Yes. We start with a review of the code, builds and store accounts, then agree the first steps.
